Rory Gleeson
President
Rory Gleeson is a mortgage broker living in Houston since 2017. Originally from Dublin, he moved to Houston with his Spanish wife Ingrid and has specialised working with international clients and investors in Texas and Florida.
Rory holds a Bachelor of Business from Trinity College Dublin specializing in International Commerce and French.
After moving to H-town, Rory got involved with the board of the Irish Network Houston and became the president in 2023. Outside of work and the board, he is heavily involved in the Houston rugby scene and enjoys adventure races in the off-season from rugby.
"My hope is expand and grow the Irish Network Houston in the coming years with a strong focus on business and networking, as well as social and cultural events amongst the Irish in Houston.We have a fantastic community here in the city, and we want to be the focal point for the Irish people in Houston going forward."

Enda Ralph
Enda, originally from Ennistymon, County Clare, moved to Houston in January 2020 for what was meant to be a six-month secondment. However, just two weeks after his arrival, a COVID lockdown extended his stay, and he has now been in Houston for over five years. He works in the software side of oil and gas, leveraging AI and machine learning to help operators optimize production more effectively.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master of Applied Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG).
Outside of work, Enda enjoys traveling and making the most of Houston’s excellent airport connections, as well as attending concerts and events in the city’s vibrant entertainment scene. He is also active in sports, playing with both the Houston Gaels Gaelic football club and the Houston Lonestars Australian football club, and golfing when he has the time.

Jolie Reynolds
Jolie Reynolds is the founder and in-house author at JARC Books & More with ten years of writing and editing to her credit.
She is passionate about literacy, helping other writers find their voice, and creating Transatlantic ties between authors and editors.
Part of the Irish Disaspora in America, Jolie has worked with the Global Irish for eight years, participating at both the Houston chapter level as well as the national level.

Sinead Reilly
Sinead Reilly is a communications leader at Dell Technologies, supporting the President of North America Sales.
With nearly a decade at Dell, she has held roles across executive communications, merchandising, and events management in EMEA and the U.S.
Sinead partners closely with senior leadership to shape impactful messaging and drive engagement across global teams.
Originally from Derry, she now lives in Houston with her husband and rescue dog.

Ben Geaghan
London Irish, Houston resident for 10+ years. Houston Gaels alumni fulfilling various roles from corner forward to sponsorship secretary and many in between.
Oil and Gas services provider and part time real estate enthusiast.
Available to support the commercial and cultural endeavors of the Irish community and Irish Network in Houston.

Joe Reilly
Joe Reilly is a Production Manager in the oil and gas industry with a decade of experience.
Originally from County Antrim, he now resides in Houston with his wife, Sinead, and their rescue dog, Barney.
Joe works for SLB, where he specializes in providing completion tools for Geomarkets across the globe.

Bernard Mooney
Bernie emigrated from Ireland in 2010, with brief stints in Australia and London before moving to Houston in 2013.
He graduated from UCD with a degree in Business and legal studies and an LLM in commercial law before completing his training as a Solicitor in Blackhall Place.
He is currently a Director at Macquarie Investment bank where he has worked for 15 years.
He is an avid runner and member of the Houston Harriers, having recently completed the Six Major Marathons.

Jennifer O'Gara
Jennifer O'Gara joined the board of the Irish Network, Houston, in February 2025. She hails from Cookstown, Co Tyrone, where her family still resides, and has been living and working in Houston, TX, since early 2020. Jennifer has also lived and worked in Ireland, the UK, and the Middle East. She is an HR professional with over 10 years of management experience across multiple business sectors, including legal, management consultancy, banking, and hospitality.
Jennifer holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Queens University in Belfast and is currently pursuing a certification in HR & AI, which she aims to complete shortly. When not traveling or spending time with her French Bulldog, Walter, you can find her exploring the new and wonderful cuisine that the wide range of Houston restaurants have to offer.
